Muhammad Imam AMMARULLAH (SUSTech ID:12331130) is a doctoral student of the Department of Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering enrolled in 2023. In the Spring semester of 2024, Muhammad Imam AMMARULLAH failed to register before the deadline set by Southern University of Science and Technology (hereafter the University) nor requested late registration. According to Article 21, the Regulations on the Administration of the Student Status of the Graduate Students in Southern University of Science and Technology, the University has decided that, the student’s registration should be terminated.

The Department cannot reach the student regardless of multiple attempts via email, Wechat and phone calls. The letter of termination was also sent to the student but received no reply. According to Article 22, the Regulations on the Administration of the Student Status of the Graduate Students in Southern University of Science and Technology, the Department delivers this decision in the form of an announcement (see attachment) on July 4,2024. It shall be deemed that the student has been notified after the 10th working day( till July 18,2024) on which such announcement is made. If the graduate student has any objection to the decision to terminate registration, he may file a written appeal within ten days from the date of receiving the decision. All graduate students who drop out of school will not be reinstated.
